We offer exchange only on our products.
- Replacement and Exchange policy : We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.
- Return requests can be accepted within 2 days from date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- A proper unboxing video is required for any damage or defect claims.
- Exchange will be processed only after product inspection.
- Customers can exchange the product for a different size or another product of equal value (subject to availability).
Note:
- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- Slight color variations are not considered defects.
- Sale items may not be eligible for exchange (optional).
